Welcome to MacerAI. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Our payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
AI Services & Transparency
MacerAI provides a specialized interface and tools built on top of advanced AI models (such as Google Gemini). These models are used to generate text, images, and voice for your adventures. You acknowledge that AI-generated content can be unpredictable and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide and the resulting outputs.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MacerAI and its licensors.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you are strictly prohibited from using MacerAI to generate, upload, or share: 1. Sexually explicit, NSFW, or pornographic content. 2. Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination. 3. Content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. You also agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the integrity of the Service.
Affiliation Disclaimer
MacerAI is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Google (creators of Gemini) or any other third-party AI model providers whose technology may be integrated into our platform.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MacerAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
Refund Policy
Macer AI provides a SaaS platform with immediate access to digital credits and AI generation capabilities. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs incurred by our AI processing partners, we operate under the following refund policy: No Refunds for Used Credits: Once credits are consumed for AI generations, they are non-refundable. Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time. EU/UK Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to cancel your subscription under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, by using the service (e.g., performing your first AI generation), you explicitly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided or used. Technical Failures: If a generation fails due to a verified technical error on our platform and credits were deducted, please contact support at support@macer.ai. We aim to respond to all support and refund inquiries within 3 business days.
